For us it was ideal.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly nice and helpful, making our stay a pleasant experience. Additionally, the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to the SPA facilities. Another great aspect was the spacious and quiet apartment we stayed in on the first floor.

In terms of the reception service. We had a late check-in due to the receptionist being late, which caused inconvenience.

The parking area was quite small and difficult to navigate.

Had a fantastic Christmas break at this hotel. the room was really spacious and comfortable, with a nice view of the town from the window. the location was also great, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. the breakfast was also really good, with a lot of variety and everything was fresh.

That the Wi-Fi signal was a bit weak in our room, which made it difficult to connect at times. there was a bit of noise from the busy street outside when we had the window open, but it wasn't too bad.
